Hi

Thanks for the API, but... it's somewhat useless. Yeah, it works, but returning links back to your page is something that ruins whole api idea...

Congratulations on an extensive database. However, I have an idea.

If I were to submit a rapidshare link to a file named dfud01.rar and it was added to the FT database, it would not turn in any user search because nothing meaningful is associated with it (its filename is an acronym, or just random characters).

My suggestion is including a separate field on the "Submit" page for the submitter to type a brief description of what's inside the rar archive (for example, for dfud01.rar I can also write "freeware pdf converter software" or similar.)

If the submitted link is added to the FT database, this extra description could be added to the file as tags. This will increase the number of results for each search, as even nonsense filenames like "fjsyzjf_1.rar" will be included! I hope this makes sense.

Wow! What else can I describe you guys as..?
You guys have been doing a wonderful job. Besides file search, you have also added an mp3 player which can play the songs. Its heartening to know that this player can also be embedded in any blog or website.

Keep it up! Hope to see more new features in the future.

what you need is a recently searched/downloaded list every time you come to the site. so like what ever the last like 20 things where searched on that site ( from all computers not just yours)it will help people get ideas
